Meditation Classes

Coming September 2018

The first 20-30 minutes, I will be sharing the many health benefits of meditation and the impact it has on our Chakras. Individuals will be able to select different crystals they would like to incorporate in their session and pick a comfy spot to sit, either in chair or on the floor.  

We will then begin a guided meditation for the next 20-30 minutes where I will walk your mind into the present and out of the regrets of the past and fears of the future.  

I will also guide everyone through the Chakras and as a group we will cleanse & balance them.
